Business and Life Coaching Agreement

 

Defining Parties

This Agreement is between Xtol Limited, a business and life coaching practice based in Auckland, New Zealand ("Coach"), and purchaser of the Online Course as described on the Website ("Client").

 

Services

The Coach agrees to provide business and life coaching services, including one-on-one coaching, group workshops, or the Business and Life Breakthrough Boot Camp, as agreed upon. Services aim to enhance the Client’s professional and personal growth through goal setting, accountability, and motivational strategies.

 

Scope of Coaching

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or financial advice. The Coach will provide guidance and tools but is not responsible for the Client’s decisions or outcomes.

Sessions can be conducted in-person in Auckland or via Google Meet Worldwide, or as agreed. 

 

Payment

Fees: As specified in the course or service fees

    Payment is due upfront though online portal

 

Confidentiality

The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020, except where required by law or with Client consent.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice. Refunds are not provided for uncompleted sessions or Boot Camp participation unless cancelled 24 hours prior to course start date and time.

 

Liability

The Coach is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the Client’s actions or decisions. The Client acknowledges that coaching outcomes depend on their commitment and effort.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in Auckland courts.
